Jacksons Nurseries Rewards | Terms & Conditions

1. The Jacksons Nurseries Rewards card is issued by and remains the property of Jacksons Nurseries. The scheme is only valid for retail customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any trade discount.
2. Jacksons Nurseries reserve the right to withdraw, amend or terminate the scheme at any time. In the event of withdrawal of the scheme. Jacksons Nurseries will not be liable for any financial loss accrued by a member in the form of points.
3. Cards are non-transferable and are for the use of the card holder only,.No joint applications, only provide one persons details.
4. The card holder must present his/her card in person to receive and redeem points, cards cannot be used for telephone order or online orders.
5. Jacksons Nurseries will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged cards. The transfer of points from a lost, stolen or damaged card will be at the discretion of Jacksons Nurseries.
6. Jacksons Nurseries reserve the right to refuse an application to join the scheme or to remove a member from the scheme at any time without notice.
7. A valid email address and opt in to marketing is required to receive certain member benefits including free bonus points.
8. Jacksons Nurseries reserve the right to replace or amend the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time without notice, ask a member of staff to see the latest version of the terms and conditions or make a request via the adress below.
9. Points are not earned on the purchase of Gift Vouchers, we also reserve the right to exclude any item from earning points at any time.
10. Scheme members must be over the age of 18, a full date of birth is required in order to join the scheme.
11. Reward card must be presented at the time of purchase to collect points. Points may be added retrospectively at staff discretion and on production of a valid receipt within 1 month of receipt date.
12. You will receive 5 points per £1.00 spent. Each point has a value of 1p.
13. No points will be credited to a card until a completed form has been returned to a member of staff. If all required details are not provided or are Illegible a card will not be issued.
14. Points only have value against a valid purchase and have no cash value. Points can only be redeemed once credited to your account.
15. Points can only be redeemed in multiples of £5.00.
16. Point balances may be cleared after 12 months of account inactivity without notification.
17. You may terminate your membership at any time. Please notify us in writing (address below) including your card. All points will be lost at the time of closing the account and will not be redeemable.
18. Previous Loyalty Scheme – Our ‘Stamped’ Loyalty Card scheme has now been discontinued. Any customer with a stamped card can sign up to our Jacksons Nurseries Rewards Scheme and transfer any unused stamps to the new scheme at a value of 100 points per stamp until 31/12/2018.
19. Marketing - We will only use your data for marketing purposes where you have explicitly indicated that you would like to receive such material on your application. You may update your marketing preferences at any time either by writing to the address below or unsubscribing from any email correspondence using the link provided in the email. Certain member benefits cannot be obtained if you are not opted in to receive marketing emails.
20. Data Protection - Jacksons Nurseries will not give or sell your personal details to any third party, for any purpose.
