Choisya plants
Choisya are tough, neat, rounded shrubs well-clothed with shiny, evergreen leaves. They are well-loved by gardeners for their beautiful, white starry flowers with a slight citrus fragrance which are produced in abundance from May and occasionally throughout the summer. Commonly known as Mexican Orange Blossom or Mock Orange, they work well as border shrubs, in containers or even informal flowering hedges. Choisya plants are attractive to bees, fast growing, undemanding, shade tolerant and don't require any pruning. Choose Choisya Aztec Pearl for elongated, glossy green leaves or Choisya Ternata Sundance for tripartite glowing yellow foliage and citrus scented white blooms. They prefer a fertile, neutral to acidic soil and typically grow to around 2 metres (6 feet) tall.
