Acer palmatum dissectum (cut-leaved Japanese maple) are small, decidous trees grown for their graceful habit, beautiful coloured foliage that is often deeply dissected the Acer is a perfect addition to any garden especially if you're looking to add some autumn interest. Many cultivars are extreemly slow growing, making them perfect for small gardens or grown in pots.
Acer palmatum dissectum 'Inaba-Shidare' is a small, but vigorous deciduous Acer with arching, cascading branches covered with leaves of the most beautiful deep tone of purple-red, turning crimson in the Autumn
Perfect for the rockery, or as a focal point in a tub or border. Colours best in partial shade, but can tolerate full sun, however scorched leaves may occur. Outstanding variety.
