Purple Grape Vine
Vitis vinifera Purpurea
An award winning ornamental vine with distinct 3 or 5 lobed purple leaves, white haired in adolescence and small pale green flowers in summer. As autumn temperatures drop, the leaves darken to deep crimson offering a superb contrast to red-orange brick or stone. Ideal on trellis, pergola, arch or tree.
