Spiraea
Spiraea japonica Anthony Waterer

Flat clusters of rose-pink flowers are produced above maroon-tinged, bright green, toothed leaves between May and August. It is a medium grower with attractive new reddish-purple growth and makes a fine, low-growing, informal hedge for planting along a drive, walkway or in a narrow planting strip
