Variegated Stonecrop
Sedum kamtschaticum Variegatum
This is a superb, tough evergreen perennial with a compact, shrubby appearance and rounded, blue-green leaves that have attractive, irregular, pale creamy-yellow margins. It bears small clusters of lovely, star-shaped, bright yellow flowers which are produced from June to July and attractively age to crimson in early autumn. Attractive to bees and butterflies, it’s excellent for using in hanging baskets, rock gardens, containers, wall niches or even in between stepping stones. Once established it forms a dense, weed surpressing may of groundcover which offers year-round colour and interest.

Please Note: Many perennials go ‘dormant’ which, in some cases, means that there is little or no top growth apparent between November and March. If you order perennials whilst they are dormant, they may not be visible above the soil level when purchased but will burst into life in spring. In the dormant period, we may not have stocks of all varieties in all pot sizes and therefore reserve the right to supply 9cm pots instead of 1 or 2 litre plants and adjust the price down accordingly.
