Hybrid Tea Rose
Rosa Just Joey
Large, fully double, coppery-apricot blooms with attractive, ruffled petals and pronounced red veining. This is an excellent, undemanding, free-flowering floribunda bush rose with a unique colouring that combines novelty with beauty and reliability. The high centred flowers are paler at the edges, releasing a wonderfully strong, fruity fragrance as they emerge from classic, pointed orange buds and gradually fading to a lovely, coppery-buff colour with age. Perfect for an open, sunny border, it’s tolerant of poor, sandy soils and looks stunning when massed together prominently in a bed or border. Coppery-burgundy new growth quickly matures to glossy, dark green leaves which are both attractive and disease resistant. The distinctive, uniquely-coloured, rain resistant blooms have an informal appearance, making them excellent for using in cut flower arrangements.
