David Austin English Rose
Rosa Falstaff
A stunning English rose by David Austin that is one of the best purple/crimson varieties. Powerful old rose fragrant blooms can be enjoyed in summer. As a strong vigorous bush the Falstaff rose can with support be grown as a climber and has been known to reach up to 4mt in 5yrs and in really good conditions.

Garden Care:
Dependent on the time of year you buy our roses, the compost may break away when removing from the pot because they are field grown and potted in autumn. Prior to planting trim the roots to 25cm and the stems to 15 to 20cm taking care to cut diagonally away from and above an outer facing bud. Mix compost in with the back fill and a potash based fertilizer.
