Floribunda Rose

Clusters of mildly fragrant, semi-double, unfading buttercup yellow blooms on stiff, thorny stems from May until late autumn. This is an outstanding, healthy floribunda rose with a moderately vigorous, branching growth habit and finely-toothed, ovate, glossy mid-green leaves. The blooms stand up well to tough conditions, remaining pure in rainy weather and tolerating strong winds. It is an excellent, disease-resistant variety which can be relied upon to give a continuous display of flowers throughout the summer. Introduced in 1956 when it won the Royal National Society Gold Medal, the length of time this rose has been commercially available says a lot about its quality.

Garden Care:
Dependent on the time of year you buy our roses, the compost may break away when removing from the pot because they are field grown and potted in autumn. Prior to planting trim the roots to 25cm and the stems to 15 to 20cm taking care to cut diagonally away from and above an outer facing bud. Mix compost in with the back fill and a potash based fertilizer.
