Hybrid Rhododendron
Rhododendron Caractacus
This is a hardy, evergreen variety with a dense, broadly upright growth habit. Tight clusters of bright red flowers, which appear pink when grown in bright sunlight, are produced between May and June. It is a long-known, slow growing variety which can be used to add colour and interest to the area under the canopies of trees. To ensure an extensive root system develops, keep well watered during periods of dry weather in the first growing season.
