Mugo Pine
Pinus mugo
A very slow growing, compact, dwarf evergreen conifer with attractive, dark green, needle-like foliage and small cones on mature plants. It has a dense, rounded growth habit with a flat top and a rather irregular shape when young, great for using in rock gardens, fountain plantings, groupings or on embankments.
