Dwarf White Spruce
Picea glauca Daisy's White
This is a pretty, dwarf evergreen conifer with a compact, pyramidal to conical shape and a dense growth habit. It is a breathtaking Alberta Spruce whose young spring growth is daisy white. By summer, this colourful new growth darkens to a typical blue-green, thus avoiding sun-burn damage during the summer. A recently-introduced variety which is ideal for planting as a container specimen or for incorporating into rock gardens

Garden Care:
Its slow growth rate means that no routine pruning is required. Keep well watered during the first growing season to ensure it establishes a deep, extensive root system. It’s also beneficial to apply a multi-purpose, liquid fertiliser in spring to encourage fresh foliage to develop during the growing season.
