Peony
Paeonia lactiflora Karl Rosenfield
This is an impressive, strong-growing, free flowering Paeony which produces masses of large, fragrant, startling magenta blooms. These are fully double and fragrant and add a glamorous, exotic feel to the garden when they burst open in June. The flowers appear on hairy stems amongst glossy, deeply cut, mid-green leaves which are attractively bronze-tinted in spring. Peonies are simple to grow and can be utilized in many ways, including mass plantings, specimens, or hedges.

If you order perennials whilst they are dormant, they may not be visible above the soil level when purchased but will burst into life in spring. In the dormant period, we may not have stocks of all varieties in all pot sizes and therefore reserve the right to supply 9cm pots instead of 1 or 2 litre plants and adjust the price down accordingly
