Creeping Jenny
Lysimachia Nummularia
Commonly known as Creeping Jenny, this low-growing creeper is a member of the primrose family. It is ideal for growing in damp, grassy places away from bright sunlight. Flowers, which first appear in May, are bright yellow and typically about 2cm across. These frequently continue into mid-august and are accompanied by attractive, light-green foliage which compliments the blooms superbly. It is most successful in light to partial shade.
