Lupins
Lupinus The Governor
Bright, cheerful, stately flower spikes of stunning, pea-shaped, marine blue and white flowers from June to August. This is a handsome, clump-forming variety which develops a lush, well-established foundation of pleasing, palmate, fresh green leaves that stay looking healthy all year round. It’s ideal for planting en masse in bold groups about 45-60cm apart, where it looks like a sea of tranquillity that’s great for adding accent to a ‘cool’ border. Perfect for attracting butterflies and hummingbirds to the garden, the prominent blooms look particularly attractive when combined with Bearded Iris, Geranium, Poppy and Aquilegia varieties

If you order perennials whilst they are dormant, they may not be visible above the soil level when purchased but will burst into life in spring. In the dormant period, we may not have stocks of all varieties in all pot sizes and therefore reserve the right to supply 9cm pots instead of 1 or 2 litre plants and adjust the price down accordingly
