Bay Laurel
Laurus nobilis Cone
Narrow, leathery, glossy, dark green foliage are extremely aromatic ad used in cooking. Produces small star-shaped yellow flowers followed by circular green then black fruits. An evergreen, broad, cone-shaped shrub, a specimen architectural plant ideal for making a statement in planters. Uses as a HerbBay leaves are a component of bouquet garni. Use the leaves in soups and marinade mixes. Add to dry rice to impart its spicy flavour and to meat and vegetable dishes.
