Juniper Skyrocket
Juniperus scopulorum Skyrocket
This is a tall and narrow conifer with evergreen, bluish-green foliage and a columnar growth habit. It is a compact grower which makes a striking and dramatic architectural plant, perfect for planting either side of a gate or entrance, along a large fence or tall building, or for incorporating into a formal planting combination. Forming a narrow column of tight branches carrying silvery-blue foliage, it retains its colour well throughout the year and is slightly brighter between late spring and early summer when the new growth develops.
