Coral Bells
Heuchera Tiramisu

This is a new, exotic, semi-evergreen Heuchera that’s grown for its fantastic, showy bright yellow foliage which has a heavy splattering of brick red colouration radiating from the mid-rib of each leaf. During the summer the leaves lighten to a beautiful chartreuse colour, frosted in silver. When autumn arrives, the brick red coloration returns and covers the entire leaf, except for a bright chartreuse margin that highlights the red colour. Perfect for using as an eye-catching, weed suppressing ground cover, Coral bells are easy to grow and blend easily with most other perennials in the landscape. It also fits nicely into the front of any border or rock garden and will attract butterflies and hummingbirds to the garden. In August it produces creamy-white flowers which are held above the foliage on airy stems

Position: Prefers partial shade

Soil: Any reasonably well-drained soil is suitable

Rate of Growth: Average

Flowering Period: August

Flower Colour: Creamy-white

Other Features: The foliage colours are most striking when grown in partial shade. Native to France, it is tolerant of salt-laden air and deer resistant. It can also be grown in full shade but this will slow down the growth rate significantly

Hardiness: Fully hardy: stands a temperature down to -15°C

Garden Care: Remove any dead and damaged leaves in early spring to make room for the vibrant new foliage. Please Note:Many perennials go ‘dormant’ which, in some cases, means that there is little or no top growth apparent between November and March. If you order perennials whilst they are dormant, they may not be visible above the soil level when purchased but will burst into life in spring. In the dormant period, we may not have stocks of all varieties in all pot sizes and therefore reserve the right to supply 9cm pots instead of 1 or 2 litre plants and adjust the price down accordingly.

Eventual Height:  25cm
Eventual Spread:  25cm
