Persian Ivy
Hedera colchica Sulphur Heart
This is a large leaved variegated ivy that has gold and lime green variegations that are superb for bringing splashes of light to a dark, shady wall. The variegation gets brighter as the plant grows older, contrasting well with plants like winter jasmine and cotoneaster horizontalis. It is a vigorous grower and clings to textured surfaces such as brick walls providing its aerial roots can get a grip. A great plant which promises to provide year round colour and interest to your garden.
