Shrubby Veronica
Hebe pinguifolia Sutherlandii
This is a splendid, dwarf evergreen variety which forms low, carpeting mounds of small, intensely glaucous, grey-green leaves to about 15cm high. It has a dense growth habit and produces spikes of beautiful white blossoms with blue anthers in summer. It is one of the hardiest hebes available and is ideal for growing in groups to provide ground cover for sunny or partially shaded spots of the garden.
