Erica carnea Golden Starlet
A prostrate, evergreen variety with a neat, compact, mat-forming growth habit and glowing, golden-yellow summer foliage. In the winter the foliage turns to a stunning shade of lime-green which contrasts beautifully with the snowy-white blooms. Winner of the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit, it guarantees a year-round performance and is excellent for naturalising any garden setting. It is less prone to sun-scorch than other varieties but must be well-watered before planting.
