Erica carnea Foxhollow
A prostrate, evergreen variety producing fabulous, shell pink to pale lavender blooms sporadically from December to April. It has rich, golden-yellow foliage which is tipped with bronze for much of the year and deepens to orange-red just as the beautiful flowers are being produced. Perfect for rock gardens, group plantings or groundcover, it has a compact, yet vigorous and wide-spreading habit. It has won the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit and will flourish in partial shade but with diminished flowering.

Not fussy about soil type but it must be well-drained. Prefers an acidic soil rich in organic matter
