Maidens Pink
Dianthus Albus Plenus
Masses of attractive, dainty, single pure white flowers with a sweet scent and fringed petals appear across the whole plant from June to September. This is an easy-to-grow, short-lived yet very pretty, white form of Maiden Pink with narrow, grey-green, grass-like leaves and a mat-forming growth habit. Perfect for the front of a border or covering the tops of low walls and rocks, it also looks very attractive when incorporated into flower beds in a well-drained, open site. Pinch out faded flowers with finger and thumb to encourage a second flush of blooms

Please Note: Many perennials go ‘dormant’ which, in some cases, means that there is little or no top growth apparent between November and March. If you order perennials whilst they are dormant, they may not be visible above the soil level when purchased but will burst into life in spring. In the dormant period, we may not have stocks of all varieties in all pot sizes and therefore reserve the right to supply 9cm pots instead of 1 or 2 litre plants and adjust the price down accordingly.
