Dove Tree
Davidia Involucrata
Young branches are dark purple, bearing crinkled, spiny, dark green leaves. Produces a large collection of red berries. Ideal for a hedge or a tub. Followed by small white flowers. Two large white bracts surround the flower resembling a dove.

Prefers well drained soils.

Berries in autumn, followed by flowers in spring.
