Pampas Grass
Cortaderia selloana Rosea
This is a spectacular variety producing tall, pink-flushed, feathery plumes on strong, erect stems in August. It has a strong-growing, bushy habit and forms a large mound of sharp-edged, mid-green leaves that’s great for adding impact to the garden. Perfect for a medium or large garden, it looks wonderful planted by water or set in the middle of a sunny, well-drained lawn. We recommend protecting the crown of the plant with a deep, dry mulch in winter and removing any dead and damaged stems each year between February and March. One of the largest and most spectacular varieties available.
