Cornus alba Aurea
The Cornus Alba Aurea is a lovely hardy deciduous shrub which produces a stunning display of large crisp yellow leaves in spring followed by florets of small white flowers in June. In autumn the new stems turn crimson and remain to brighten up the winter months - making this plant very attractive all year round. If grown in a shady position the leaves tend to change to a beautiful lime-green colour. The main interest of this shrub is the sea of yellow foliage which is present in a dense formation all across the shrub.
