Clematis
Clematis Jackmanii
The ‘Jackmanii’ variety is the best blooming Clematis in its family. It bears gorgeous dark purple blooms that are borne in July and last for up to 10 weeks. The foliage is dark green and makes a great contrast with the flower colour. Prefers a position in full sun but will tolerate shade in the morning in a well-drained area. Avoid heavy pruning on this plant until it is fully established. Grows excellently against a wall, alternative support or over large shrubs. This is a medium grower with a potential height is up to 3 metres.
