False Cypress
Chamaecyparis Pisifera Filifera Aurea
This is a beautiful golden yellow, hardy, evergreen conifer with long, thin, thread-like foliage and an irregular, mounding growth habit. They have pointed leaf tips and form a loose, pyramidal, small to medium-sized tree. It often appears shrub-like when young, starting as a mop-like mound of foliage on feathery branches. Its winter interest makes it a great choice for the rockery or as a useful garden accent.
