Butterfly Bush (Buddleja)
Buddleja x weyeriana Sungold
Eye catching large shrub which bears dense spherical clusters of deep yellow, heavily scented flowers throughout late spring and early summer. It has deciduous dark green ovate foliage throughout summer and autumn and grows best in a sunny position where the ground is well drained. The flowers appear on the previous season’s wood, so the plant can be pruned after flowering.
