Strawberry Tree
Arbutus Unedo
This is a wide topped shrub which has a maximum height and spread of 2.5 metres by 1.5 metres. It has large, narrowly oval dark green leaves and bears pendant, ivory coloured flowers which are borne in October/November. Also bears orange-red fruit which makes this plant an attractive addition to your garden all year round.

A well-drained, fertile soil is preferred but it can also tolerate alkaline ground
