At Jacksons, we promise only to send you plants of the
highest quality. We even carefully inspect everything we dispatch before it leaves
us to make sure it's in top condition. We have also developed a clever packaging
system which aims to protect your plant without depriving it of the air and water
which it needs for the journey. However, as we deal with a large volume of orders
on a daily basis, the occasional hiccup may happen. If you aren't happy with
the goods you receive from us, for whatever reason, here's what to do.

Either send us an email, giving details of the problem, or ring our customer services
team on (01782) 502741. Please have your order number to hand when you call. If

When to Contact Us
You must contact us within 24 hours if there is a problem with your
order. If you're unhappy with the quality of plants you receive, please contact
us immediatley, and email a photograph of the plant in question.
If we have sent you something you haven't ordered,
or if we have sent you the wrong plant, please also let us know straight away. After
letting us know about the problem, we'll do our utmost to resolve the issue.
Our usual procedure is to ask customers to return the plants to us in the original packaging, and for a refund for the cost of the plants to be issued once the plants are returned. Our
satisfaction guarantee
means that if you contact us straight away we will always
offer you a replacement or a full refund dependant on availability (excluding delivery costs).

At Jacksons, we're interested in the welfare of your plants for long after
the time when you receive them. This is why we offer a 12 month guarantee on all
of the plants which we sell, providing that the plants have been well cared. For
