highest quality. We even carefully inspect everything we dispatched before it leaves
us to make sure it's in top condition. We have also developed a clever packaging
system which aims to protect your plant without depriving it of the air and water
which it needs for the journey. However, as we deal with a large volume of orders
on a daily basis, there are inevitably a few hick-ups. If you aren't happy with
the goods you receive from us, for whatever reason, here's what to do.

Either send us an email, giving details of the problem, or ring our customer services
team on (01782) 502741. Please have your order number to hand when you call. If

When to Contact Us
It's always best to contact us as soon as you can if there is a problem with your
order. If you're unhappy with the quality of plants you receive, please contact
us within 7 days of receiving them, along with a photograph of the plant in question.
If we have sent you something you haven't ordered,
or if we have sent you the wrong plant, please let us know within 21 days. After
letting us know about the problem, we'll do our utmost to resolve the issue in a
way that you're satisfied with. Our
satisfaction guarantee
means that if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order we will always
offer you a replacement or a full refund (including postage costs).
Our 12 month guarantee on everything we sell
At Jackson's, we're interested in the welfare of your plants for long after
the time when you receive them. This is why we offer a 12 month guarantee on all
of the plants which we sell, providing that the plants have been well cared. For
