Some frequently asked questions...
How do I find my way around the website?
At the top of every page in our website, we've placed the same main menu
bar which gives you access to our most popular pages. Just under that menu bar is our
search facility simply type in the plant name and click to go button, this will
bring up a list of plants. There is also a plants and product list button at the
bottom of every page, this will give you a quick way to find exactly the plant
you are looking for as they are listed in alphabetical order.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
At Jacksons, we take your privacy very seriously. We've put together a
full security commitment which means that whenever you buy anything from us, you
can rest assured your personal details are in safe hands. It's all a bit technical,
but we have a secure server that offers the best level of encryption available -
so your personal information cannot be read - not even by very clever hackers -
as it travels over the internet.

Do you accept orders from outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we're not able to accept orders from outside of the UK at
the present time.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a minimum of £8.95 this is a standard charge
and covers several of the smaller plants. For full details

How do I check the progress of my order?
If you've ordered anything from us, and would like to check up on it, please
feel free to email us at
sales@jacksonsnurseries.co.uk,
quoting your order number in the email. We will then get back to you within 48 hours
to let you know when we expect your order to be dispatched. Please check your junk mail setting, in the past replys to customers
have ended up in their junk mail. It was due to their setting refusing our email
address as it has the word 'sales' in it. This is out of our control and we will
not be responsible if this problem occurs, so if you are waiting for a reply from
us please check your junk mail before calling.
What is your returns policy?
At Jacksons we offer a satisfaction guarantee whereby if you're not completely
satisfied with anything you buy from us, you can return it within 7 days of receiving
the order. All you have to do is email us at
sales@jacksonsnurseries.co.uk
and tell us what the problem is. Please remember to quote your order number every
time you contact us, as this means we can resolve the problem more quickly. We will
then do our best to sort out a replacement for you, or refund the cost of the plants. For full details of our returns policy, please

Can I send in my recommendations about the site?
We always welcome any feedback that you have for us. If you've placed an
order with us and it has been completed, please

I want to change and/or add something to my order. What should I do?
If you'd like to change something you've ordered, or wish to add something
else onto an order you've placed, please email us at
sales@jacksonsnurseries.co.ukas
soon as possible. If the order hasn't already been dispatched, we'll make the changes
for you and adjust the amount you've been charged appropriately. If the order has
already been dispatched, it's too late for us to change it so, unfortunately, there
is nothing we can do.

Do I have to buy online or can I come and have a look around the garden centre?
If you live in or around Staffordshire, we recommend you pay us a visit
and have a look around the
garden centre.
Our 20 acre site boasts a massive selection
of plants as well as a great range of pot, tubs and ornaments. We also have a
Tearoom
which offers full meals as well as light snacks and a great choice beverages and
