We want to make the delivery of your order an easy and hassle-free experience. Our couriers are the only ones we’ve found that handle plants with as much tender loving care as we do. It’s normally easier to leave it to us to sort out the finer delivery details, but if you’d like to know the progress of your order please feel free to email us at sales@jacksonsnurseries.co.uk

Delivery Area

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK, (and most offshore islands with a surcharge) our delivery zones are divided into England / Wales, Scottish Mainland and Scottish Highland, Northern Ireland. A Surcharge will apply to these Scottish postcode areas AB, DD, IV, KW, PH, PA and all of Northern Ireland please contact us for a price. The cost of delivery is dependent on the weight of what you'd like to order and which delivery zone you'd like it to be delivered to. To find out the delivery costs for your order, simply add all of the plants and products you'd like to order to your shopping cart (which will automatically calculate the total weight of your order for you) and select the delivery area you'd like it to be delivered to. The postage and packaging costs for your order will then be displayed in your shopping cart. 

To give you a rough idea of what we charge to deliver to England and Wales, small light plants and gardening products are dispatched at a cost starting from £8.95 to deliver. Orders of several plants cost £10.95 to deliver, however, if you purchase larger quantities of plants and their weight exceeds 20kg P&P costs increase progressively. If you order enough plants to fill a pallet our pallet rate is £55 to mainland England and Wales.

Some of the larger, more expensive garden buildings we offer are sold with free home delivery (this is always clearly indicated in the item description). If you're ordering a product with free home delivery, simply add it to your shopping cart and select your deliver zone as normal. The delivery charge will automatically be set to zero.

Please note for large orders needing a pallet, the road access must be at least 10ft wide by 15ft high.

What about Overseas?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make deliveries outside of the UK at the present time.

Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 days if the plants you order are already in stock. If plants are out of stock when the order is placed (which is quite rare) the delivery time is around 21 days
