Why Macmillan Cancer Support?
We have chosen to raise money for
Macmillan Cancer Support because most people are directly or indirectly affected by cancer
at some point during their lives, and around 285,000 new cases of cancer are diagnosed
each year in the UK alone. Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people
affected by cancer by providing practical, medical and financial support and pushing
for better cancer care.
How to Donate
There are two quick and easy ways
to make a donation.
1.
Donate through JustGiving
To donate through Luke’s JustGiving

Donating through Justgiving is quick,
easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor Luke for the
event: Macmillan Cancer Support gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving
makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
2.
Donate when you place an online order
Alternatively, if you will be placing
an online order with Jackson’s Nurseries, a donation can be added onto the total
cost of your order. There are two ways to do this, depending on how much you would
like to donate:

Add a donation when you select your delivery method
We hope that all of our customers
over the next 10 week period will join us in this fundraising effort by agreeing
to make a 50 pence donation to Macmillan Cancer Support when they place an online order.
To make a 50 pence donation with
your order, simply select the “Mainland England and Wales (with a 50p donation to
Macmillan Cancer Support)” option as your chosen delivery method in the shopping cart
when you are ready to proceed to checkout.
Please Note: This option is only available to customers in Mainland England
and Wales.
B.
